Shipping & Returns

We love getting to ship out our packages and we know you love receiving them! Here is some information on shipping:

✔️ We ship all items through USPS First Class or USPS Priority based off weight and destination. We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Orders over $75 are free shipping. 

✔️ You will receive a tracking number through your email. Please refer to this to track your package. If you have questions regarding your shipment please contact USPS directly as we have no control over your package once it leaves our facility. The Promise Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit. 

We love helping our customers find the right items for them! However we understand that sometimes a customer needs to exchange/return an item. Here is our policy on all returns & exchanges:

✔️ Merchandise must be returned with packing slip. Items must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and in the same condition it was in when you received it. **No perfume scent, no makeup stains, etc ** 

✔️Store Credit will be given for the price that the merchandise was purchased at minus any coupons, rewards, or discounts that were applied at check out. Shipping will not be refunded for returned items. Customer will be responsible to ship items back to The Promise Boutique. 

✔️ ALL RETURNS & EXCHANGES must be postmarked within 7 business days from the date you receive your shipment. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Any returns that we receive postmarked after the 7 days will be held at The Promise Boutique until additional shipping is paid to return the order to customer. After 30 days if the invoice is not paid for the merchandise becomes the property of The Promise Boutique. 

✔️ If you need to exchange for a different size you will select the new size that you need and check out. Then send back your original item (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached) with your original packing slip within 7 days of receiving your item. Once your item has been received store credit will be given for the price you paid for the item. 

✔️ ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ACCESSORIES/SPA/SNACKS/CLEARANCE & SALE ITEMS!

We love having a happy customer and offering you great quality items! If for some reason you receive an item with a defect please know we want to take care of you! 

✔️ Please inspect your items immediately. You must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order if you have a defected item. Please send pictures and email us at thepromiseboutique2017@gmail.com so we can take care of you!
